These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bollywood Empire website and participation in our dance classes, workshops, and events. By using our website or booking a class, you agree to these terms.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Missed classes are not transferable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes if necessary.

4. Participation

By attending classes, you confirm that: You are physically fit to participate ,You will follow instructor guidance at all times and You accept the risks associated with physical activity

5. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to: refuse entry ,participants for inappropriate behavior.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All choreography, branding, videos, and materials remain the property of Bollywood Empire.

You may not: Record classes without permission 

7. Photography & Media

By attending classes or events, you may appear in photos or videos used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bollywood Empire is not liable for: Injuries sustained during classes (except where caused by negligence) , Loss or damage to personal belongings and Indirect or consequential losses

9. Website Use

You agree not to: Misuse the website, Attempt unauthorised access and upload harmful or malicious content

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., booking or payment systems). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Governing Law
