Payment Policy
1. Class Fees for regular kids sessions
The fee for classes is £7.50 per hour, per student. Fees are charged on a monthly basis via Direct Debit.
Fees are collected monthly by Direct Debit and are averaged across the year to account for longer and shorter months
Annual averaging model:
£7.50 X 52 weeks =£390 per year. £390/12 = £32.50 per month.
Cancellations by Bollywood Empire:
In the event that a class is cancelled by Bollywood Empire due to holidays, unavoidable circumstances, or unforeseen events, you will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity via the website, WhatsApp, Facebook, or direct message if necessary. The full amount paid for that session will be refunded to your account as soon as possible.
2. Fees for adult workshops
The fee for the adult workshop "Bollyburn" is £6.00 per hour. A session usually lasts two hours, so the cost is usually £12 per session. The fees should be transferred to the Bollywood Empire account prior to the session to confirm the booking.
2. Payment Method (Direct Debit)
All payments must be made via Direct Debit only. We do not accept cash or cheques. You are required to provide your bank details to set up a monthly Direct Debit subscription.
3. Monthly Payment Schedule
A payment of £32.50 will be automatically deducted every month from your bank account. This payment secures your place in the class for that month.
4. Missed Classes by Participant
If a student misses a class for any reason, no refunds or credits will be issued .Your monthly fee still applies as your place has been reserved.
5. Class Cancellations by Bollywood Empire
In the event that a class is cancelled by Bollywood Empire due to holidays, unavoidable circumstances, or unforeseen events, you will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity via the website, WhatsApp, Facebook, or direct message if necessary. The full amount paid for that session will be refunded to your account as soon as possible.
6. Refunds & Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or credits will only be considered in cases of: Long-term illness and Injury preventing participation, This is subject to valid medical evidence being provided.
7. Cancellation by Participant (Stopping Classes)
If you wish to discontinue classes, a minimum of one month’s written notice is required. Payments will continue during the notice period.
8. Late or Failed Payments
If a Direct Debit payment fails, you may be contacted to resolve the issue. Continued failure to make payments may result in suspension of classes until payment is received.
9. Changes to Fees
Bollywood Empire reserves the right to review and adjust fees. Any changes will be communicated with reasonable notice in advance.
10. Attendance & Commitment
Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure progress and group consistency. Your monthly payment secures your place regardless of attendance.
